Stress Release
Many people experience different stresses in life. They find that they are unhappy, overweight, their marriages are in trouble, their children are cutting up and/or they are not happy in their jobs. This is something that can happen to the saved and unsaved on a regular basis if not handled in the right manner. Some are always searching for something and not sure what it is that is holding them in that stressful life, well here are some things you can do to rid yourself of the stress in your life.
The first thing to remember
Who do you belong towho is your master? If you are saved, you can use Proverbs 3:5-7 and Matthew 6:32-34 as the guide to start your day. We need to wake up in the morning with the Lord on our mind by praying to Him. You can start your day on your knees in prayer or as you are getting ready talking to the Lord or even boththis is the number one thing in getting your day started on the right foot.
If you are not saved, you can come to the Lord this day and start talking to Him. You need to be saved to live a stress free life. You have to have the Lord in your life to know what it is like to live life abundantly in Him.
Next thing to remember is
God has already given you the victory. The victory is in Him and not in us. We have eternal life in Jesus and this is where our joy should come from our joy is in the Lord. You do not have to handle any situation alone, remember that the Lord is with you and He will fight your battle. You woke up this day because the Lord saw fit to bless you yet again with new grace and mercy.
We are blessed despite what the world tries to make us think. Keep your focus on the things at hand that the Lord has given you to deal with, if you feel that you can not deal with it, talk to the Lord in fasting and prayer. Keep your focus on Jesus. Remember what Ephesians 6:7-18 states and how we do not fight against flesh and blood, this battle is not ours the battle is the Lord’s.
Next thing to remember is
The enemy is sent to kill and destroy, but we are to stand in the Lord and live life abundantly. (John 10:7-14) Remember that Jesus wants to give us life eternal with Him, that we are not defeated and we are blessed in Him. Remember that He has come to save us and bring us out of darkness into the marvelous light. (John 8:12, John 12:45-47, 1 Peter 2:8-10)
The Last thing to remember is
Jesus died on the cross, rose again with all power in His hands. He dwells in you if you are blessed to be filled with His Holy Spirit, and you have the same power that He has in you! He is your strength He is your comforter and He is your Savior. With the Lord on you side, there is no need to have anyone speak things negative in your life because you are blessed with the light of the Lord in you. You can speak things into existence for there is power in the tongue. (Proverbs 18:21)
You are the one that makes the difference if what is going on in your life is going to stress you out or if you are going to come through that situation blessing the Lord. Do not allow the enemy to deter your mind away from the Lord. When that item comes up that is working with your stress levels, rebuke it in the name of Jesus and sent it right back to the pits of hell. Know who you are in Jesus and that He did not die for you to stand there and put up with the mess of the enemy, you do not need to stomp on the enemy just ignore him and keep moving forward in Jesus!
You want your stress in your life to be gone seek the Lord in all things first and foremost let Him guide your day and the stress shall be gone for all eternity!
God bless!
