How to Receive Jesus into your Life
Jesus said except on confess with their mouth and believe in their heart that He is Lord, they are not saved.
What you need to do
- Admit that you are a sinner and have fallen short of the glory of God.
- Be willing to turn away from your sins.
- Believe that Jesus Christ died for you on the cross and rose from the grave as God’s only son.
- Through prayer, invite Jesus Christ into your heart. Ask him to guide your life through the Holy Spirit.
Prayer to Receive Jesus into your Life right now
Dear Jesus, I am a sinner. I believe You are the Son of God, that You died on the cross and shed Your blood for my sins. I believe You rose from the dead, ascended on high and I believe you are coming back again. I’m tired of going my way. I surrender my life and will to You. Right now, I repent of my sins and I open the door of my heart and accept you as my Lord and Savior. Thank you for forgiveness and for giving me a new life. Lord, help me to be what You want me to be and to live each day for You.
